over India, invites applications from professionally qualified
candidates for the below mentioned posts on regular basis.

Assistant General Manager (Prodn.)
Educational qualification(s):
Essential Educational Qualifications:
i) Ist Class Master's Degree in Botany, or Agriculture from recognized university with specialization in Agricultural Botany or Plant Breeding and Genetics or Agronomy or Seed Technology or Horticulture, Floriculture/Vegetable or Plant Pathology, or Entomology or Nematology, or Plant Physiology or Agricultural Extension, or
Agricultural Economics.
Experience:
At least 8 years experience ( out of which at least 5 years should in the scale of (CDA) (IDA) (pre revised) (CDA) (IDA) (revised) in a responsible capacity in work relating to production, marketing, quality control of seeds or other agricultural
inputes or in farm management in Govt. Universities/Central/State Govt./ PSUs/Commercial establishment of repute.
Desirable:
Ph. D. in Plant Breeding and Genetics or Agronomy or Plant Physiology or Seed technology or Crop Production.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years as on 01.01.2012
Application form duly filled in all respect along with attested copies of certificates and mark sheets in support of educational qualification(s), age, experience(s), salary details etc. may be sent in an envelope superscribing the name of the post on top of envelope which may reach the Deputy General Manager (P & A), National Seeds Corporation Limited, Beej Bhavan, Pusa Complex, New Delhi - 110012 on or before 22nd June, 2012 along with a Demand Draft preferably from State Bank of India of Rs.100/- in favour of National Seeds Corporation Limited payable at Delhi. Demand Draft should be prepared after the date of advertisement and should be valid for three months from the date of issue. However, SC/ST/PH candidates need not send the DD.
a) Applicants must ensure that their applications should reach the Deputy General
Manager (P & A), National Seeds Corporation Limited, Beej Bhavan, Pusa Complex,
New Delhi – 110012 on or before 22.6.2012. The applications received after the last
date will not be entertained.
b) Before applying for the post, the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills the
eligibility and other norms mentioned in the Advertisement. In case, it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and /or has furnished any incorrect/false information or has suppressed any material facts, his/ her candidature will stand cancelled even if he/she is screened & called for interview.
