29/06/2013Duration of the training: 2 years consisting of both class room and on-the-job training
Stipend: ₹.8500/- per month in the first year and ₹.9500/- per month during the second year of
training.
Absorption: On successful completion of training, candidates may be considered for permanent
absorption in Gr.IV scale of pay of Rs.9830-3%-(30), subject to availability of vacancy and
satisfactory performance during training.
General Information
 Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/OBCM will be as per Government of India Directives.

test/interview. Requirements may also be relaxed for deserving candidates at the
discretion of the Management.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP APPLICATION THROUGH ONLINE
1. The applicant has to log in and provide the basic information such as Name, DoB,
Contact Number (Mobile), email ID and create his / her own Password for further
logging in. Application Number will be created and it will be sent to the
applicant’s Mobile / e-mail.
2. After creating User ID and Password, log in for filling on-line application with
application number received.
3. After filling up online application, applicant has to upload the photo & signature
(scanned). Image cropping facility is available for photoS.
4. The applicant can review the application and edit, if required and finally submit the
application. On submission of the above, this would lead to the payment mode.
5. On completion of Payment, the candidate can take the print out of payment challan
& application.
6. After having filled in all the required details in the prescribed format the applicant
has to take the print out and send the Application duly signed along with Xerox
copies of i) SSLC, ii) HSC, iii) All Semester Mark List, iv) Provisional Certificate v)
Community Certificate (OBC/ SC/ST) and Payment Challan/Receipt to the General

1. Is Attestation of Xerox Copies of documents such as SSLC, HSC, Mark List,
Provision, Community Certificate etc. is necessary ?
No. Attestation of Certificates is not required at the time of submitting
application. However, the candidate has to produce the Original documents
along with a set of Xerox Copies for verification at the time of Personal
Interview.
2. Should the applications be sent by registered post ?
Applications can be sent by any mode (Post/ Speed Post / Registered Post /
Courier or by hand delivery). But the print out of the applications taken
after online registration should reach MFL within 5 days of online
submission of applications.
3. Can the Candidate enclose the Community Certificates of BC/MBC/DNC in
place of OBC
The Candidate can apply with the available certificate at the time of
applying. However, the Candidate should produce separate OBC Certificate
indicating Non-Creamy Layer Certificate only issued by Tahsildar or
equivalent Officer at time of Personal Interview. Specimen given above.
4. Is it sufficient for SC/ST Candidates to enclose a copy of Community
Certificate issued by the Authority.
The Candidate can apply with the available certificate at the time of
applying. However, the candidate should submit the SC/ST Community
Certificate as per the specified format for Central Government Posts.

5. Who is the issuing Authority for SC/ST Community Certificates ?
SC Community Certificate should be issued by Tahsildar or the Officer of
the equivalent cadre.
ST Community Certificate should be issued by The Collector or the Officer
of the equivalent cadre.
