Applications are invited on prescribed format for the following:
Post: Engineer Trainee
No. of Vacancies: 500 post
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree holder in Engineering /Technology or Five year integrated Master’s degree or Dual Degree programme in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of Mechanical /Electrical /Electronics Engineering. OR Engineering Degrees obtained through examinations conducted by professional societies recognized by UPSC/AICTE (e.g. AMIE by Institute of Engineers (India); AMICE by Institute of Civil Engineers (India)) in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics as equivalent toB.E./B.Tech.
Age: 27 Years
Pay Scale: During training, basic pay of Rs.20600/- in the scale of pay of Rs.20600-46500/- will be paid. After successful completion of training, the trainees will be absorbed as Engineers in the scale of pay of Rs.24900-50500/- with a basic pay of Rs.24900/-
How To Apply: 1. For detailed information on GATE- 2013 and on-line submission of application for GATE-2013, interested candidates may log on to : http://www.gate.iitb.ac.in/gate2013 or Websites of IISc, Bangalore or following IITs:- Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee.
2. Candidates should fill-in and submit the GATE-2013 application form as instructed by the GATE authorities and wait for the admit card to get the GATE-2013 registration number.
3. On receipt of GATE registration number, the candidates need to apply on-line to BHEL at http://careers.bhel.in. For this purpose, the relevant link will be made available from January 2013 at our recruitment website http://careers.bhel.in
