Rajasthan Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd (RDPL), Jaipur inviting applications for following positions:
Dy. General Manager (Works) One post
(Pay Scale Rs. 32900-58000 IDA) – Age limit 50 years
Gross emoluments at the minimum of pay scale is Rs.58134/-
Candidate should be M.Pharma with at least 20 years experience in Managerial cadre in Pharma Production and approved by Drugs Deptt. Preferably in all sections of formulations having knowledge of modern process & drug delivery systems. Preference shall be given to candidate having additional M.B.A Qualification. He must be result oriented and having good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Chief Manager (Finance): One Post
(Pay Scale Rs. 29100-54500) – Age limit 50 years
Monthly Gross emoluments Rs. 51420/- per month
Candidate should be C.A with 15 years’ Post Qualification experience in industrial establishments out of which 10 years in senior position in a reputed company in preparation and finalization of Accounts, Budgeting, MIS, Taxation, Costing and related functions with experience in Computerized Accounting. He should be result oriented and having good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Dy. Chief Manager (HRD) One post
(Pay Scale Rs. 24900-50500) – Age limit 45 years
Monthly Gross emoluments Rs. 43998/- per month
Candidate Should be a graduate with MSW/MBA (HR) from a recognized Institute. The incumbent should have at least 12 years experience out of which 10 years in a senior position in handling HR functions in medium/large sized industry. He should also have negotiating skills and experience in industrial relations.
Candidate working in pharmaceutical industry shall be preferred.
 Dy. Chief Manager (Legal & Company Secretary): One Post
(Pay Scale Rs. 24900-50500 IDA Pattern) – Age limit 45 years
Monthly Gross emoluments Rs. 43998/- per month
Candidate should be member of Institute of Company Secretary of India and Law Graduate with minimum 10 post qualification year experience out of which 05 years experience in senior position in a reputed company. Should be conversant with the Board Procedure/Legal matters and drafting agendas, minutes and ensure compliances under Corporate Laws and Govt. directions, knowledge of computer essential. He shall be required to deal with Industrial, Labour and Business Laws and coordinate with counsels. He should have good communication skills in English & Hindi.
