3	Junior Nursing Sister(Trainee)	05	B.Sc. in Nursing/ 3 year Diploma of nursing in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized institute.
4	Pharmacist(Trainee)	02	Bachelor degree in Pharmacy/3 year diploma in pharmacy after 12th

Age Limit: minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years.

Age relaxation will be given according to the Govt Rules.

Selection Procedure:

The candidates applying for the post of Consultant and Sr. Medical Officer will be selected on the basis of Interview.

The candidates applying for the post of Jr. Nursing (Trainee) and Pharmacist (Trainee) will be appeared in the written examination and after that all the shortlisted candidates will be called to attend the interview.

Application Fee:

For Consultant and Sr. Medical Officer: The candidates have to make the payment of application fee (Rs.500/-) through SBI Challan (Rs.100/- for SC/ST Candidates).

For Jr. Nursing Sister (Trainee) and Pharmacist (Trainee): The candidates have to pay Rs.250/- as the application fee through SBI Challan (Rs.50 for SC/ST Candidates).
