Applications are invited from qualified candidates on the prescribed form for appointment to the post of Finance Officer (UR-1):-

Name of the Post : Finance Officer ( UR-1) (tenure post for 3 years) Group A (Statutory Post)

Pay Band and Grade Pay : P.B.-4; Rs. 37400-67000 (Grade Pay Rs. 10,000/.)

Age limit for direct recruitment : Not exceeding 57 Years (as on date of application)

Qualification and Experience : 1) Master’s degree with at least 55%* of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC  seven point scale.
(2) At least 15 years’ of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 7000/ – and above or with 8 year’s of service in the AGP of Rs. 8000/ and above i ncluding as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration.

Desirable: Experience with financial management / accounts. In case of Deputation preference may be given to the Officers working in organized
Accounts Services of GOI.
