  • The incumbent should have 6 months to 2 years experience in US Mortgage Underwriting

  • Good written Communication skill and interpersonal skills
  • The person should be a graduate
  • Exposure to prime or non-prime US Mortgage business

4.       Games QA Tester

Job Description / Desired Profile:
  • Test video games on PC /Game console test kits to identify and report functionality bugs
  • Graduate; Prior experience in game testing preferred but not essential
  • Avid gamer – highly skilled  in playing games across multiple genres and platforms 
  • Excellent written communication skills to describe identified issues in clear and concise manner

5.       Assistant Manager - Business Development
Job Description / Desired Profile: 
  • Should be a Graduate / B Tech
  • Experience in outbound sales is a must
  • Lead outbound telesales efforts for the selling of various Quatrro TSG services
  • Create, manage potential customer database and follow-up on email and outbound calls
  • Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills; must be comfortable making cold calls and consultative selling
  • Ability to conduct research and create potential database
  • Communicate with CXO’s and decision makers and pitch Quatrro TSG services
  • Remain updated on current affairs related to the business
  • Meet threshold performance parameters as defined for the team
  • Identifying the right party contacts in organizations to be targeted
  • Sales oriented, should be capable of successfully engaging the client into progressive discussion
  • Effectively contribute in building up a robust sales funnel

6.       Associate - Mortgage Solutions
Job Description / Desired Profile: 
  • Validating and verifying loan application information
  • Review of loan application package for completeness and accuracy, reconcile application
  • Information against system input as well as comparing and confirming individual data
  • Verification and validating of supporting income, asset and liability documentation
  • Review and verify credit reports
  • Mortgage / real estate knowledge preferred
  • Capable of performing basic mortgage calculations
  • The Loan Processor will be responsible for file review, file setup, ordering verifications, appraisal follow-up, file submission satisfying common mortgage conditions

7.       Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager: Data Modelling
Job Description / Desired Profile: 
  • Graduate / Post Graduate, BE / B Tech / MSC Stats – DU or Kolkata University preferable
  • Experience required 3 to 6 years  
  • Should have developed models / data modeling, high end statistical analysis, SAS user / built application, behavior, transaction, scorecards / logistical regression/ LGD – PD – Basel II models
  • Good communication skills and hands on exposure to consumer banking portfolios
  • Preferably from credit cards / retail banking background
  • Technical skills required SAS, Unix, SQL, Oracle, MS Office

8.       SAS Analyst
Job Description / Desired Profile: 
  • Graduate / Post Graduate, BE / B Tech / MSC Stats – DU or Kolkata University preferable
  • Experience required 3-4 years
  • Good communication skills and hands on exposure to consumer banking portfolios
  • Preferably from credit cards / retail banking background
  • Technical skills required SAS ,Unix, SQL, Oracle, Teradata, MS Office
  • Strong SAS coding experience
  • Proficient in creating complex SQL queries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have Experience in SAS and SQL.
  • Should be able to extract data, collate, format it and then do basic level of analytics / interpretation

9.       Senior Executive - Human Resource
Job Description / Desired Profile: 
  • Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferable
  • Experience required minimum 1 year in employee relation
  • Good communication skills with hands on experience on employee relation – counselling, grievance handling, flagging issues
  • BPO industry background preferred
  • Retain right talent by robust and proactive HR interventions
  • Ensure policy compliance and flag discrepancies
  • Updating, maintaining and analyzing various data points such as attrition, compensation, grievance management and providing appropriate observations and action items
  • Implement and act in accordance with the organization’s information security policy. Make the business team aware of the information security policy and updates and report breach of security events or other security risks to the organization
  • Finding attrition reasons through various activities such as one on ones, skip meetings, FGD’s. Supporting business in proactive attrition control by suggesting preventive measures
  • Updating, maintaining and analyzing various data points such as attrition, compensation, grievance management and providing appropriate observations and action items
  • Providing backend support in closure of activities such as separation / confirmation, generating letters e.g. relieving / recovery / confirmation
  • Report breach of security events or other security risks to the organization
  • Hands on knowledge on office automation tools / software
  • Good conceptual knowledge of HR
  • Ability to understand and implement qualitative aspects of work
  • Good presentation skills
  • Comfortable with 24*7 shift
