Qualification : I Class M.E./M.Tech in VLSI system/ Microelectronics/communicationsystem with at least 1 year experience on VLSI CAD tools .

Consolidated Salary: Rs.20,000-22,000/-P.M.

Junior Research Fellow

Qualification : I Class B.E./B.Tech in any circuit branch.

Desirable: Exposure to HDL/ VLSI CAD tools Qualification in GATE with valid Score

Pay Scale : Rs.9,000/-P.M.
