Tihar Jail under Prisons Department, Govt of Delhi has advertised for conducting the Interview for filling up the Junior Resident JR Vacancy.Those who are interested may apply for recruitment to these posts as follows -


Junior Resident JR - 08 posts (UR-05,OBC-01,SC-01,ST-01)


Qualification - MBBS
Pay Scale - Rs 15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs 5400
Selection Procedure - Selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in the Interview
Application Fees - Fees is Rs 500 (SC/ST candidates are exempted) to be paid as Bank Draft/PO/Banker's Cheque in favor of DDO, PHQ, Central Jail, New Delhi

Senior Resident - 04 posts

1. Pathology - 01 post (UR)
2. Chest & TB - 01 post (OBC)
3. Orthopedics - 01 post (OBC)
4. Radiology - 01 post (ST)

Qualification - Post Graduate Degree/DNB/Diploma from a Recognized University in the concerned specialty.If such candidates is not available in any particular specialty, those without PG Qualification but having at least 02 years experience out of which 01 year in the concerned specialty can be considered. 
Upper age limit - 40 years calculated as on 28-05-2012
Pay Scale - Rs 15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs 6600
Selection Procedure - Selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in the Interview

Application Fees - Rs 500 (SC/ST candidates are exempted) as Bank draft/PO/Banker's Cheque in favor of DDO, PHQ, Central Jail, New Delhi
