        Admit card (in case of written test) / Interview Call letter shall be sent by post/courier/e-mail to the candidate’s mailing address and will also be available online for downloading. Duly signed Admit card (in case of written test) / Interview Call letter with photograph affixed on it is required to be produced at the time of Test / Interview. HPCL will not be responsible for non-delivery of email/call letter/admit card sent, due to invalid/wrong email id/wrong postal address/postal delays/loss in transit etc.

        Indian Nationals only need to apply.
        Age and Work Experience as on 30th April’12.
        2nd AC rail fare by the shortest route to all outstation candidates who have been
        shortlisted for Personal Interview will be reimbursed, provided the distance travelled is not less than 30 kms. The candidates will be required to fill in the Travelling Allowance form (TA form) at the respective Interview centre and submit proof for travel undertaken.
        Candidates are required to apply in salary grade “B” or “C” in line with eligibility criteria mentioned in the advt. Candidates need to apply for one position only with in salary grade “B” or “C”.
        Applications for multiple positions or salary grades from same applicant will not be
        considered.
        Person with Disability (PWD) candidates will be considered for selection against the identified posts.
        All the qualifications should be full time regular course/s from AICTE approved / UGC
        recognized University/Deemed University. The courses offered by Autonomous Institutions should be equivalent to the relevant courses approved / recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU)/UGC/AICTE.
        Candidates presently employed in Government Departments / PSU’s / Autonomous Bodies need to apply through proper channel and have to produce NOC at the time of interview, failing which their candidature will not be entertained.
