BEL Ltd - Research Staff (BE/B.Tech)

Bharat Electronics Limited invites applications from outstanding Computer Science,
Information Technology & Electronics Professionals having Software Development
Experience and with a drive to excel & take challenging assignments in the area of
Computer Graphics, Geographical Information System, Network Management,
Communication Protocols Fault Tolerance, 

(Research Staff) Group I

Candidates should have first class with minimum of 80% marks in class X & XII.
• First Class with minimum of 70% marks or equivalent in BE/B.Tech Computer
Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or Equivalent.

Experience : 2 to 3 years

1. Age/Experience in case of deserving candidates may be relaxed at the discretion
of the management. Depending upon the experience, qualification and performance
in the interview, candidates may be considered for higher position/ higher pay/service
weight-age for the next promotion.
2. SC/ST/PWD candidates called for the written test / interview for Member (Senior
Research Staff) will be reimbursed First class /AC II tier and Second class for
Member (Research Staff), subject to production of railway ticket / receipts as per
Company rules. In case of Gen/ OBC category candidates short listed for interview
only will be reimbursed to and fro train fare (Second Class for Member (Research
Staff) and First class / AC II tier for Member (Senior Research Staff) by the shortest
route, on production of the railway ticket receipts as per Company rules.
3. In case of large number of applications short listing shall be carried out on the
basis of Percentage of Marks secured in B.E/B.Tech and relevant work experience.
4. These posts are identified to be filled up by external candidates only, through
Direct Recruitment. Therefore, applications from internal candidates will not be
considered. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification. BEL reserves the
right to increase / decrease/ the number of vacancies to be filled on actual
requirement at the time of selection, and to cancel the advertisement and / or the
selection process at any stage.
