FOUR ECONOMIC OFFICER IN DIRECTORATE OF ECONOMICS AND STATISTICS,
DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND COOPERATION, MINISTRY OF
AGRICULTURE. Of the four posts, one post is reserved for Other Backward Classes
Candidates and remaining three posts are Unreserved. QUALIFICATIONS:
ESSENTIAL: Post Graduate Degree in Economics or Applied Economics or Business
Economics or Econometrics from a recognized University/Institute. DUTIES: To analyse
and interpret Economic and Statistical data and to prepare notes and memoranda
thereon.

ONE JUNIOR INTERPRETER (PERSIAN LANGUAGE) IN MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL
AFFAIRS. The post is exclusively reserved for Scheduled Tribe Candidates. The post
is suitable for Physically Challenged Persons with disability viz. Orthopaedically
Handicapped/Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy with One Leg Affected (Right or
Left) (OL) or One Arm Affected (Right or Left) (OA). QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL:
A. EDUCATIONAL: (A) Master’s degree in the Persian language with English as a
compulsory/Elective subject at degree level from a recognized university or equivalent.
OR (B) (i) A degree in the Persian language with English as a compulsory/Elective
subject from a recognized university or equivalent; and (ii) Two years’ experience as
a Translator/Interpreter in the Persian language to English/Hindi and vice-versa or in
teaching the Persian language. OR (C) (i)Bachelor’s degree with English as a
compulsory/Elective subject from a recognized university or equivalent ; and (ii) A
diploma equivalent to Interpreter-ship standard in the Persian language from a
recognized university or equivalent; and (iii) Three years’ experience as a Translator/
Interpreter in the Persian language to English/Hindi and vice-versa or in teaching the
Persian language. DUTIES: Interpretation from English/Hindi to Persian and viceversa.HQ: Liable to serve anywhere in India or abroad. Any Other Conditions: i)
During the period of probation, the persons appointed shall be required to acquire
proficiency in Hindi equivalent to Matriculation or the Pragya Examination conducted
under the Hindi Teaching Scheme of the Central Government. ii) Job requires extensive
touring.

AFFAIRS. The post is Unreserved. The post is reserved for Physically Challenged

FIVE ASSISTANT ENGINEER (WIRELESS) REDESIGNATED AS ASSISTANT
ENGINEER(COMMUNICATION) IN CENTRAL WATER COMMISSION, MINISTRY OF
WATER RESOURCES. Of the five posts, one post is reserved for Other Backward
Classes Candidates and remaining four posts are Unreserved. The posts are suitable
for Physically Challenged Persons with disability viz. Orthopaedically Handicapped/
Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy with One Leg and One Arm Affected (OLA).
QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL: A. EDUCATIONAL: Degree in Electronics or
Electrical Engineering with Radio Communication as a special subject OR Degree in
Telecommunication Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent.
DESIRABLE: Experience in operation and maintenance of wireless equipment.
DUTIES: Responsible for overall systems of wireless/telemetry network of the division
in addition to looking after R&M of wireless and telemetry system, preparation of
estimates, purchase
